TRADE STAND APPLICATIONS

Trade stands can arrive on the Tuesday of the event and are able to start trading that day. Arrival can also be on the Wednesday.

We have two trade stand areas available at the event. One area is indoors and will be locked at night. This arena has previously been the training arena and is the entrance for competitors to compete in the main ring. The second area is outdoors on cobble stones. You will need to bring a tent and your own weights to hold the tent down. Although the site is extremely safe there is no security at night and you will be unable to camp with your trade stand.

Trade stands may be booked for the following prices:

Indoors

• 3m x 3m – €235 for the event
• 3m x 6m – €400 for the event
• 3m x 9m – €535 for the event
  
• 3m x 12m - €640 for the event

Outdoors(33% discount)

• 3m x 3m – €160 for the event
• 3m x 6m – €270 for the event
• 3m x 9m – €360 for the event
• 3m x 12m – €430 for the event
  
  

Except for the Official FitPaws WAO Fan Shop, trade stands may NOT sell any merchandise that references the event, “WAO,” “World Agility Open,” etc., or the WAO logo.

We limit the number of trade stands based on the types of products being sold, so we suggest making your reservation early.
