Event briefing for team managers, team assistants and wildcards.
Information will be given regarding;

• the venue,
• the event timetable,
• event rules and regulations,
• specific judges briefings and questions

Two representatives per country and a translator (if required) may attend.  Wildcards are welcome to attend.
