The trade stands are getting set up.

First Contact is a sponsor of the event and provided three rings of brand new equipment.

Back on Track, another sponsor, has started setting up their trade stand.

Skinners Dog Food is also a sponsor of the event.

The competition tire.

Watch the main ring while you have a drink or grab something to eat from the dining room and bar.

The view each competitor will see as he or she enters the ring.

The signs for each country to carry in the opening ceremonies are ready.

There are two outdoor rings in addition to the main ring. The footing is the same in all three rings — a blend of mixed fibres and a high-grade industrial washed silica sand that are blended with a wax coating.

The surface is rolled and well packed, and dogs and handlers are running well. Rain has very little, if any, effect on the surface. It is also dust free.
